By inviting, using, or interacting with Moon Beatz ("the Bot", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the Bot.

Spotify Integration: Connect Spotify accounts and play playlists
Music Statistics: Track play counts and leaderboards
24/7 Mode: Keep music playing continuously
Music Panels: Interactive music control interfaces
Favorites System: Save and manage favorite tracks
Server Configuration: Customize bot behavior per server

3. Eligibility

Age Requirements

You must be at least 13 years old to use Moon Beatz. If you are under 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.

Discord Account

You must have a valid Discord account in good standing to use the Bot.

Server Permissions

To use the Bot in a server, you must have permission from the server owner or administrators.

4. Bot Permissions

Required Permissions

Moon Beatz requires the following Discord permissions to function:

View Channels, Send Messages, Embed Links
Attach Files, Read Message History, Add Reactions
Use External Emojis, Connect, Speak
Use Voice Activity, Manage Messages (optional)

Permission Grant

By inviting the Bot, you grant these permissions and acknowledge that removing essential permissions may break functionality.

5. Acceptable Use Policy

You MUST NOT:

Abuse or Spam

Spam commands excessively
Attempt to overload the Bot with requests
Use automated tools to interact with the Bot
Exploit bugs or vulnerabilities

Inappropriate Content

Search for, play, or share illegal content
Search for, play, or share explicit adult content
Search for, play, or share copyrighted material without authorization
Search for, play, or share content that violates Discord's Terms of Service

Malicious Activity

Attempt to hack, reverse engineer, or decompile the Bot
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Bot's systems
Distribute malware or viruses through the Bot
Impersonate the Bot or its operators

7. Blacklist Policy

Grounds for Blacklisting

Users or servers may be blacklisted for:

Terms Violations: Breaking these Terms of Service
Abuse: Spamming, exploiting bugs, or malicious activity
Illegal Content: Searching for or sharing illegal material
Harassment: Using the Bot to harass other users
Ban Evasion: Creating new accounts to evade bans

8. Limitations of Liability

No Warranties

THE BOT IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO: MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, RELIABILITY, OR ACCURACY.

Limitation of Damages

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR: Direct damages, indirect damages, server issues, third-party service issues, or user content.

9. Termination

Your Right to Terminate

You may stop using the Bot at any time by removing it from your server or disconnecting integrations.

Our Right to Terminate

We may terminate or suspend your access immediately for: violation of these Terms, illegal activity, abuse or spam, or any reason at our sole discretion.
